1. Do I need different sized holders for different sized hamburgers?
No. As long as the hamburger bun is the same diameter the holder fitted to the mid sized (height) hamburger will generally suit most of the burger range.
2. What is the typical usage at a hamburger store?
About 75% to 80% of customers voluntarily pick up a hamburger holder from the condiments stand. This is consistent with about 75% to 95% of hamburger consumers surveyed reporting they would always or prefer to use the holder.
3. Do the sauces leak out of the gap between the tabs and base?
No. The burger buns form a seal with the base. Only the biggest sauciest hamburgers leak a little bit, but this is far better than the mess experience without a holder.

Yes, and in fact people prefer the holder because the hamburger stands upright, does not fall apart and is easier to pick back up.
8. Is the holder environmentally friendly?
Yes, it is as environmentally friendly as we can possibly make it.
- The holder is made using 100% recyclable paperboard with US Food and Drug Administration approval (FDA) (no recycled material is permitted).
- The inks used meet FDA, American Society of Testing Materials and the European Standard on Safety of Toys standards requirements.
- 80% of the paperboard is manufactured in New Zealand from sustainably managed plantation forests using the world’s most environmentally friendly chlorine free Groundwood mechanical pulping process. The remaining 20% may, on occasion, be sourced from Asia or USA from sustainably managed plantation forests.
- The increase in paperboard waste is offset by less napkins being used.
